Almost all items (with the exception of software) purchased by consumers in the online shop can be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt of the goods, regardless of the reason. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If damage has occurred because the items have been used, we reserve the right to withhold reasonable compensation or to refuse the return shipment altogether.

Business and Professional Customers (classified by making purchases with a VAT Number) are not permitted to return goods. We request that contact is made to Customer Service (via Contact with TANITA) to assist and guide you through any queries you may have.
